• Passengers and drivers must follow local traffic laws.
• In-app safety features should be used responsibly.
• ToraRide may suspend accounts for unsafe or unlawful behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

• ToraRide provides the platform “as is.”
• We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or disputes between passengers and drivers.
• Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Termination
